Information on NHS services over August Bank Holiday – Monday 31 August 2020



This August Bank Holiday, Surrey residents should follow government advice on coronavirus. This includes remembering to wash your hands regularly, wearing a face covering where required, and making space between yourself and those not in your household or support bubble. If you need medical help this weekend; 

If you or someone you live with has coronavirus symptoms.

  • a high temperature
  • a new, continuous cough
  • a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

Self-isolate and book a test immediately.

If your symptoms worsen or you feel that you cannot manage at home, please refer to the NHS 111 online coronavirus service.

Please do not go to your GP practice or community pharmacy. 

Please note that Surrey Heartlands GP Practices will be closed under normal bank holiday arrangements this Monday 31 August.
